How we use your information
We use your details to manage your enquiry, consider speaking or partnership proposals, and contact you about the Build Europe interest you have expressed. We do not automatically add you to unrelated marketing lists.
The form asks for your agreement to be contacted. The organiser will confirm the applicable legal basis for each purpose in the final notice before public launch.

The event website uses Supabase for secure account authentication and PostgreSQL storage when hosted. The organiser’s authorised admin account can review enquiries for the purposes described above. The development preview may store test enquiries locally. We do not send automatic marketing emails.
The final notice will confirm the database hosting region, applicable transfer safeguards, and any additional service providers before public launch. We do not sell your enquiry details.

How long we keep information
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any applicable requirements.
To complete: retention periods for attendance, sponsorship, and speaking enquiries, and the deletion process. The local MVP does not automatically delete records.

You can ask to stop receiving follow-up about your enquiry. Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may also be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to the use of your personal information.
