BUILD EUROPE / INFORMATION

Terms of Use

A few practical guidelines for using the Build Europe website and expressing interest in the event.

Draft copy · Updated 13 October 2026

These pages contain generic draft copy. Organiser details, contact channels, and final arrangements will be confirmed before the event opens for bookings.

01

About this website

This website introduces Build Europe and provides forms for attendance interest, sponsorship enquiries, and speaking proposals. Event details are being developed and may change.

To complete: the organiser’s legal name, address, contact details, and effective date of the final terms.

02

Registration and enquiries

Registering interest does not reserve a ticket, guarantee admission, or create a payment obligation. A sponsorship enquiry does not establish a partnership, and a speaking submission does not confirm a speaking slot.

Any confirmed booking, partnership, or speaking arrangement will be subject to separate information and terms shared by the organiser. Please provide accurate contact details and only submit information you are authorised to share.

03

Using the site responsibly

Please use this website respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access, submit harmful content, or use the forms for spam. Our Code of Conduct sets out the community standards we want to build around the event.

04

Content and your submissions

Website copy, branding, and other materials are provided to help you learn about Build Europe. Please ask the organiser before reusing event branding or materials for promotional or commercial purposes.

You retain rights in your own speaking ideas and other submitted content. Sending an enquiry allows the organiser to review and discuss it for the purpose of your enquiry. Publication, recording, and promotional use would be agreed separately.

05

Event changes and ticketing

Dates, venues, programme details, and availability will be announced when confirmed. No payments are collected through the current interest forms.

Ticket prices, cancellation arrangements, refund rules, and any attendee requirements will be provided before paid bookings open. This draft does not set a refund policy for tickets that are not yet on sale.

06

Availability and external links

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may occasionally be unavailable or contain information that needs updating. Please confirm important event arrangements before making travel or other commitments.

External websites have their own terms and privacy notices. These draft terms are not intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Questions about these terms
